We are looking for E-MECHANICS!

What you do:

• Technical and personnel management of prototype construction and series production
• Organisation and coordination of personnel deployment
• Liaising with project management and design
• Ensuring that production meets cost, deadline and quality requirements
• Optimisation of existing processes and workflows

What you bring with you:

• Successfully completed further training as a master craftsman or technician (m/f/d) specialising in agricultural and construction machinery mechatronics, electrical engineering, automotive mechatronics, mechatronics or similar
• Organisational skills and a high degree of flexibility
• Communication and teamwork skills
• Independent and self-reliant way of working
• Quick grasp of technical issues
