We are looking for OFFICE MANAGERS!

What you do:

• Independent processing and monitoring of customer orders – from order entry to delivery
• Support with operational and strategic purchasing processes
• Cross-departmental work in the context of order processing
• Communicating with customers on delivery dates, product availability and queries
• Maintenance of customer master data in the ERP system

What you bring with you:

• Successfully completed training and / or professional experience in the commercial sector
• Structured, committed and independent way of working
• Experience in order processing or in comparable areas desirable
• Confident handling of ERP systems and MS Office
• Reliability, ability to work in a team, willingness to learn
• Communication skills, structured way of working and personal responsibility
• Fluent German and good English skills are an advantage
