Technical Support (m/f/d)

What you do:

  • Responding to post-sales inquiries from customers by phone/email/web
  • Handling customer problems and direct implementation of recommendations and measures
  • Most effective resolution of customer issues using internal technical expertise, knowledge base and other internal tools
  • Collect and analyze logs to identify problems and determine root cause
  • Collaboration with technical engineers to find quick solutions for customers
  • Create new articles in the internal knowledge base to provide information for reuse across the Technical Support Center
  • Monitoring current developments for customer solutions

What you bring with you:

  • Excellent communication skills and strong service orientation
  • Successfully completed training as a construction machinery technician, agricultural machinery technician or comparable training
  • Quick grasp of technical issues
  • Ability to identify technical problems and identify solutions
  • Good knowledge of German and English, any other foreign language is an advantage
