Technical Support (m/f/d)
What you do:
- Responding to post-sales inquiries from customers by phone/email/web
- Handling customer problems and direct implementation of recommendations and measures
- Most effective resolution of customer issues using internal technical expertise, knowledge base and other internal tools
- Collect and analyze logs to identify problems and determine root cause
- Collaboration with technical engineers to find quick solutions for customers
- Create new articles in the internal knowledge base to provide information for reuse across the Technical Support Center
- Monitoring current developments for customer solutions
What you bring with you:
- Excellent communication skills and strong service orientation
- Successfully completed training as a construction machinery technician, agricultural machinery technician or comparable training
- Quick grasp of technical issues
- Ability to identify technical problems and identify solutions
- Good knowledge of German and English, any other foreign language is an advantage
