Sustainability in our work

We are constantly working to maximize the energy efficiency of our machines and systems and minimize the consumption of resources. As one of the leading suppliers in the electrification of construction machinery, we are certified in accordance with DIN EN ISO 14001:2015 for our environmental management system in the development, manufacture and testing of products for the construction machinery industry. We have electric and hybrid cars in our company vehicle pool, photovoltaic systems adorn our roofs, we use energy-saving light bulbs and recycling old materials is a matter of course for us.

Sustainability for people, animals and nature

As a family business, integrity and fair conduct are a matter of course for us. We value long-term cooperation with customers, suppliers, partners and, of course, with our team of employees. We offer job bikes for our team, there is a water dispenser for free use in the lounge, hot lunches in biodegradable bowls and we are always happy when team members contribute further ideas to increase sustainability. Our lovingly tended garden, which is used for communal breaks, not only contains numerous and varied plants, it is also home to several animals such as goats, chickens and fish. Bees and other insects find a habitat in a generously laid out flower meadow. We also plant several new trees every year. We demonstrate our social commitment not least through our support of various associations and organizations in our region.
