Not only excavators are very popular with us, our passion extends to all types of construction machinery.
Dozers / crawlers are used where as much material as possible has to be transported, usually over very steep slopes. However, they are also used in the metallurgy sector, where they are exposed to enormous temperatures. Special solutions are also required here, which we are happy to offer you.
Dumpers (or dump trucks) transport the extracted bulk material between the loading points. In some cases, however, the standard loading volume is not sufficient to achieve the most productive transportation possible. We offer the optimum solution for this with trough adaptations.
Graders are used for grading in path and road construction and for creating large areas. Depending on the intended use, the need for special conversions and special construction solutions may be greater or lesser.
In addition to excavator conversions, we also offer customized solutions for trucks, such as a truck-mounted crane.
The ECHLE truck-mounted bed milling machine specially designed for ECHLE Exakt GmbH is now in use throughout Germany. Unlike other verge milling machines, no low-loader is required to transport the machine, as the self-propelled machine, which is exempt from tolls, can reach any job site independently – fully approved on a MAN truck as a carrier.
With this machine, verges up to 2 m wide and up to 10 cm below the edge of the road can be milled in a single pass. Even crash barriers, super rails and other vehicle restraint systems are no obstacle.
Wheel loader conversions are in demand precisely when the customer-specific task goes beyond the standard design of the machine. Our expertise includes modifications to the lifting kinematics or the chassis as well as any protective structures.
