Electrification
The goal of low-emission driving and therefore low-emission work has long since arrived in the construction machinery industry. ECHLE is a leader in the retrofit electrification of construction machinery. We are constantly developing and producing new innovative solutions for machines from all manufacturers. Fully electric and hybrid technology conversions are already part of our daily business. Each machine is given its own specific solution, adapted to the subsequent area of application.
Electrification with trailing cable
Conversions to cable operation are suitable where the necessary infrastructure for cable-operated machines is available and the machines are used stationary. A continuous power supply, without charging times, is ensured by a trailing cable or a cable drum.
Electrification with rechargeable batteries
Battery operation is the solution for machines with greater mobility that require alternatives to cable operation. We can meet complex requirements with different battery solutions.
Electrification as a hybrid
Our hybrid solution is ideal for inner-city and spatial applications. A simple switch between diesel and electric motor makes the machine versatile, energy-saving and environmentally friendly.
