ECHLE FOPS cabin protectors are available in different versions. In addition to the patented, retractable cab protection structure, folding versions or polycarbonate FOPS are also available. The FOPS anti-splinter screen offers a special function: with this cab guard, the anti-splinter screen can be lowered at the touch of a button.

ECHLE also offers protective measures to minimize the risk of explosive ordnance clearance. The requirements of the German Social Accident Insurance (DGUV) are strictly adhered to.

Depending on the machine application, safety glazing may be desirable or even prescribed by standards. During demolition and dismantling work, for example, construction machinery must be fitted with laminated safety glass panes with a minimum resistance class. It is usually the front and roof windows of the driver’s cab that can be retrofitted with our systems. Another major advantage is that the wiper system can be retrofitted at the same time. This not only provides a clear view. As the wiper motor is located inside the cab, the additional height of the wiper linkage is reduced to a minimum.

Echle cylinder protectors are designed and built for the toughest applications. The glide shoes are made of special, highly wear-resistant plastic, which makes them extremely easy to glide without lubrication and at the same time durable. The guide rail is mounted on the cylinder tube using clamps, the guard plate is attached to the deflection using a longer bolt. This means that the piston rod is completely covered and thus protected in every working position.

Our steel or hard rubber impact protection profiles ensure a flawless superstructure without dents. They are easy to attach to any superstructure frame with little effort.

Chain scrapers are fitted on both sides of the undercarriage. They prevent building rubble or steel parts from being pulled into the crawler track and thus protect the uppercarriage from damage. Can be realized for machines from any manufacturer.
