Repairs & service

Thanks to our close networking with all well-known construction machinery manufacturers, we are able to quickly identify the source of the problem and trace the further functional chains in order to locate all defects. The type of defect can be of structural steel, electronic or hydraulic origin, and all types of defects can be repaired at the main plant in Wolfach. It is also possible to carry out repairs and maintenance on site using our special tools.

Drive renewal

DELIVERY, REPAIR AND ASSEMBLY OF DRIVE PARTS

We replace the following drive parts:

REPAIR WELDING

We repair the following components professionally:

We carry out repair welding on all construction machinery. Construction machine tools, cracked or broken booms and all other parts such as undercarriages, frames etc. are professionally repaired. The parts are also reinforced taking the force curve into account and have better values than the original part after the repair.

Mechanical reworking of the bearing seats, surface treatment and painting are a matter of course. We have certified welders, the appropriate manufacturer qualifications and over 30 years of experience in the repair of components made of S235J2G3, S355J2G3 and fine-grained structural steels. Other steels and high-pressure pipes can also be welded in our workshops.

We have a wall thickness measuring device for damage analysis. We use dye penetrant methods and a magnetic particle device for crack detection. If required, ultrasonic and X-ray tests can be carried out in cooperation with neutral material testing companies or welding training and testing institutes. If required, these institutes will also prepare corresponding expert opinions.

Hydraulic straightening presses and a cantilever straightening bench with laser equipment are available for straightening work.
